Lama dah ni tak update blog, aku nak tulis apa pun tak tau, cuma dua tiga hari ni aku dok surf web, ada berita pasal Proton dan keluar kereta baru, nama PERSONA, kalo korang cakap tu nama wira ukt edisi eksport UK, aku cakap silap, sebab yang edisi ekport UK tu PESONA, tanpa perkataan 'R'.

Nampak cantik kereta ni, macam nak ja sambar satu. 1.6 utk harga RM45K-RM55K, mcm dah cun tu, dan ada org cakap, handling kereta proton lagi baik dari kereta korea. Dan lagi satu penumpang kat belakang takyah risau terhantuk2 lagi, lagi beberapa bulan dan ada versi CPS. Patut tak aku ambik kereta ni? hehehe

i manage to test drive the car early in the morning around 4 am with two salesman who happens to be my friend’s friends..first of all its very different from gen2..i dont know why exactly but its totally a different car if anyone been driving a gen2 before this and thinks this car is a gen2 with a extended butt!!its super quiet inside even if your radio is off…its just so quiet inside similar to the new civic!!i think proton have put in too much sound insulation and maybe thats y the car is 1200kg plus!!i drove an automatic version and this area again is totally different from gen2..if whoever drove a gen2 before you will surely notice when u stop at a traffic light and the light turns green we do have to be heavy on our throttle but its not the same case in persona even if its heavier!!and during overtaking too…we dont have to floor the throttle like gen2 used to do before this..the suspension soaks up all the bump and port hole in kl road very well…dont see much difference compared to gen2…the meter panel lights is very beautiful and reminds me of BMW cars..

handling wise i dont see any difference compared to gen2 and the car manage to reach up 175 km/h in the highway heading to putrajaya(near uniten and UPM)

finally about FC..with 3 diferrent drivers and we were thrashing the car but we managed to travel 200 kilometer for rm 30..and that when the fuel light started flashing..so the FC should be around 13 kilometer per litre…(in the car we drove,but similar to my gf’s gen2) so i dont think FC will be the main worry for PERSONA owners…i travel 60 km everyday and i only fill up rm 40 per week for the gen2 and still have enough fuel to use for atleast another 20 km before the light start flashing..but i wont face heavy traffic or jam so maybe thats why i save alot..this car should be a good family car and i felt better sitting in the rear seat yesterday and its kinda comfy and the front seat too!!a good car and will put proton on the right track again and a worthy wira successor!!!love the design of the door panel…its so comfortable and useable..you can rest your elbow there comfortably compared to waja and gen2!!good luck proton!!you are in the right direction now…please continue your effort!!
